How do I place an Order?

(b) Add the selected assets to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. (c) Review the items in your cart to ensure they're correct and proceed to checkout. (d) Provide your billing details and complete the payment process. (e) Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a download link for your purchased assets.
Can I Modify my Order after it's placed?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products and our automated system, we cannot make modifications to orders once they are placed. We recommend you to carefully review your order before proceeding to checkout.
How do I Download my purchased Digital Assets?
After successfully completing your order, you'll receive an email containing a unique download link for each purchased digital asset. Click on the provided link to start the download. Make sure to save the files to a secure location on your device for future use. Remember, the link can be used JUST ONCE to download the assets. Thus, make sure you have proper internet connection to stay online while the download process gets completed successfully.
I didn't receive my Download Link. What should I do?
If you haven't received the download link within a few minutes of completing your purchase, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email. If you still can't find the email, you can also log in to your account on the website and navigate to the "Orders" section. There, you'll find the download links for your purchased digital assets.
How do I Track the Status of my order?
Since we deal exclusively with digital products, there's NO shipment or tracking involved. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully processed, and it will contain the download links for your purchased digital assets. If you have an account on our website, you can also log in and view your order history to access the download links.
Can I Share the Download Links with others?
NO, the download links provided are for your PERSONAL USE only, and the download link of the digital assets purchased in an order allows downloading ONLY ONCE. Make sure you have a stable internet connection while downloading the digital assets, and you download them all at once. Sharing or distributing the links or downloaded files is not permitted and violates our Terms of Use.
Can I request a Custom Order or Personalized Image?
Currently, we DO NOT offer custom orders or personalized digital assets. Our collection consists of pre-designed digital products available for purchase. We may soon begin to accept personalised requests, and the announcement of the same shall be communicated via different means.
How long are the Download Links Valid?
The download links are typically valid for a certain period of time (maximum 1 WEEK) after your purchase. This duration would be specified in the confirmation email. It's recommended to download and save the files promptly upon receiving the email. Remember, you are eligible to download your purchased digital assets ONLY ONCE, and the download process will be initiated once the download link is clicked by you. Make sure you have a stable internet connection before initiating your download process.
What File Formats are the Digital Assets available in?

(b) Confirm that the download was successful and the file size matches the stated size on the website. (c) If issues persist, please contact us for support with details about the problem, and we'll assist you.
Can I Exchange the purchased Digital Asset(s) for a different one?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer exchanges for digital products. We recommend you to carefully review the product details before making a purchase.
What if I Accidentally Deleted the downloaded asset(s)? Can I get it again?
It's important to store the downloaded asset(s) in a safe location. However, if you've accidentally deleted a file and need to download it again, please contact us with your order details, and we'll try to assist with the best solution possible.
Are there any circumstances under which a Return is possible?
As a general policy, we DO NOT offer returns for digital asset(s). Can I Request a Refund if I'm unable to use the Digital Assets for any reason?

Can I Cancel my order and get a Refund before Downloading the Digital Assets?
